Persephone

Persephone is our black horned Highland, and she is absolutely stunning. She has a gorgeous dossan, a super thick coat that somehow looks incredible even in summer, and a really solid, well-balanced build. She’s one of those cows that just stands out. She’s also best friends with Summer - the two of them move around together like a little duo. A beautiful girl with so much presence.
