Capucine

Capucine is our polled yellow Highland and was the very first cow to ever set foot on our property. She’s an incredible mum - her 2025 heifer, Adeline, is absolutely stunning - and she’s just an all-round sweet, easy girl to handle. There’s a calm confidence about her that makes her a favourite to work with, and she’s been such a steady, gentle presence in the herd from the start.
